Summary

An own-initiative report on the EU Road Safety Policy Framework 2021-2030 and next steps towards Vision Zero. The amendments address road deaths and serious injuries, the safety of vulnerable road users such as cyclists, pedestrians and powered two-wheelers, speed limits including 30 km/h zones, vehicle weight and design, automation, urban mobility, work-related driving, funding through the CEF, and key performance indicators.
