Summary

This dossier is a recommendation to the Council, Commission and the VP/High Representative on the situation in Libya. The amendments revise the citations, referencing the Libyan Political Agreement, the Berlin Conference and Process, UN Security Council resolutions, the ceasefire, the Government of National Unity and House of Representatives, sanctions on the Wagner Group, the UN Independent Fact-Finding Mission, anti-personnel mine and cluster munitions conventions, and OHCHR reports on migrants.
