Summary

Discharge decision on the 2020 EU general budget for the Court of Justice. Amendments address the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the institution's judicial and other activities, remote submission by videoconference with simultaneous interpreting, broadcasting of public hearings, the reduced average length of proceedings, savings on translation and freelance interpreting, changes among members, and the increasing proportion of women in management positions.
