Summary

Discharge decision on the 2020 general budget of the EU concerning the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS). The amendments note the Court of Auditors' report containing no remarks on the EDPS, its budget execution and the COVID-19 impact, its supervisory and advisory role in privacy and data protection, its work on the EU Digital COVID Certificate, the Schrems II judgement, and supervision of Eurojust.
