Summary

The dossier concerns the 2020 discharge for the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). The amendments address the Agency's budget and mandate under the REACH Regulation and the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability, European Green Deal and Circular Economy, registration dossiers and Substances of Very High Concern, reducing animal testing (the 3Rs and New Approach Methodologies), microplastics, biocidal active substances, fees with reductions for SMEs, and gender imbalance in senior management.
