Summary

A discharge decision on the implementation of the 2020 budget of the European Training Foundation (ETF). The amendments welcome the Foundation's work on skills, vocational education and training, human capital and labour-market reform in neighbouring, enlargement and Central Asian partner countries, including a COVID-19-related initiative, and raise issues with internal control compliance, procurement award criteria, and avoiding digital overloading of staff.
