2020 discharge: European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust)
A discharge decision on the implementation of the 2020 budget of the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust). The amendments grant discharge and approve the closure of the accounts, note the Court of Auditors' findings on weaknesses in public procurement and internal control, and address Eurojust's role in cross-border and organised crime, its casework, cooperation with partners including the Commission, OLAF, the EPPO and Frontex, and transparency.
