Summary

Discharge decision on the implementation of the 2020 budget of the Clean Sky Joint Undertaking for aeronautics and the environment. The amendments address the implementation rate of commitment and payment appropriations, participation of SMEs, industry, universities and research bodies in funded projects, the environmental impact of aeronautical technologies, an anti-fraud strategy and OLAF investigations, COVID-19 delays to demonstrators, use of interim staff, and the internal control framework.
