Summary

Parliament's decision on the 2020 discharge for the Innovative Medicines Initiative Joint Undertaking. The amendments grant discharge and add remarks on industry members' in-kind and cash contributions and their calculation, long project durations under Horizon 2020, accumulation of unused payment appropriations and low budget implementation aggravated by the COVID-19 pandemic, fast-track calls on coronavirus treatments and other diseases, implementation results, intellectual property rights, gender balance among evaluation experts, teleworking, and persistent personnel-cost errors affecting SMEs.
