Summary

Discharge dossier on implementing the budget of EU agencies for the financial year 2020. Amendments address the role of Union agencies in employment, social affairs, justice and home affairs, gender balance in governing bodies, the European Union Agencies Network, public-procurement and internal-control weaknesses, the European Labour Authority becoming operational, a qualified opinion on eu-LISA payments, concerns about Frontex involvement in pushbacks and fundamental-rights violations, and the COVID-19 response.
