Own-initiative report on the conclusion of the Partnership Agreement (Post-Cotonou) between the EU and the members of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States. The amendments address the Sustainable Development Goals, trade instruments such as Economic Partnership Agreements, the Generalised System of Preferences and Aid for Trade, Policy Coherence for Development, concerns about effects on intra-African trade raised by the UN Economic Commission for Africa, and due diligence.
