An own-initiative report on the EU and the security challenges in the Indo-Pacific. The amendments reference the EU strategy for cooperation in the Indo-Pacific, UNCLOS, the Global Gateway, AUKUS, NATO, partnerships with countries and groupings in the region, and describe intensifying geopolitical competition, rising military spending and challenges to the rules-based international order.
