Own-initiative report on the EU Action Plan on Organic Agriculture. Amendments rework recitals on the organic action plan, the Green Deal and a more sustainable food system, the benefits of organic farming for climate, soil fertility, biodiversity and food security, the conversion period and rules under the organic production regulation, consumer information and labelling, the growth of organic farming area and market value, and disparities between Member States.
