Summary

This report concerns the 2021 Commission Report on Serbia. The amendments reference EU-Western Balkans summit declarations and the accession process, democracy and the rule of law as fundamental EU values, the normalisation of relations with Kosovo, firearms trafficking in the Western Balkans, and Serbia's failure to impose sanctions against Russia following the aggression in Ukraine.
