Summary

This dossier is an implementation report on the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). The amendments stress support from the RRF for the cultural and creative sectors, education and sports hit hard by the pandemic, call for spending targets and inclusion of culture in national recovery and resilience plans, and address jobs, working conditions, young people, the green and digital transitions and disparities between Member States.
