Summary

The dossier concerns reporting of environmental data from industrial activities through an Industrial Emissions Portal. The amendments address public, free-of-charge online access to data on pollutant releases and off-site transfers from industrial installations, the Aarhus Convention, the European Environment Agency, reporting at installation or facility level, use of water, energy and raw materials, livestock and aquaculture installations, and links to Union environmental legislation.
