Amending budget 3/2022: surplus of the financial year 2021
This dossier concerns amending budget 3/2022 on the surplus of the financial year 2021. The amendments take note of the draft amending budget devoted to budgeting the 2021 surplus of EUR 3 227,1 million and reiterate that available Union budget instruments, including the surplus, should be activated to support Ukraine and frontline countries.
