Summary

The dossier concerns REPowerEU chapters in recovery and resilience plans. Amendments revise the chapter's reforms and investments, the phasing out of dependency on Russian fossil fuel imports, the 'do no significant harm' principle, reduction of dependence on critical raw materials and fossil fuels, energy security and diversification, consultation of local and regional authorities and the agricultural sector, loans, the EU Emissions Trading System, fund transfers, reskilling, and climate neutrality.
