Summary
This own-initiative report covers the European Semester and the 2022 Annual Sustainable Growth Survey. The amendments discuss the mobilisation of EU budgetary resources against the COVID-19 crisis, the Recovery and Resilience Facility and national recovery and resilience plans, the Recovery and Resilience Scoreboard, green spending and the 'do no significant harm' principle, rule-of-law conditionality, the Stability and Growth Pact, and NextGenerationEU debt repayment through new own resources.
