Summary

This own-initiative report is a recommendation on the renewed partnership with the Southern Neighbourhood and a new agenda for the Mediterranean. Amendments revise citations and recitals referencing the Barcelona Declaration and Euro-Mediterranean Partnership, the European Neighbourhood Policy, the Union for the Mediterranean, the 2030 Agenda and SDGs, the Paris Agreement, ILO and women's-rights conventions, the EU Gender Action Plan III, and the partnership's economic and investment plan.
