This own-initiative report concerns implementation of the updated New Industrial Strategy for Europe and aligning spending to policy. The amendments stress completing and strengthening the Single Market, SMEs, public procurement, the European standardisation strategy, and the green and digital transitions, while addressing supply risks, dependencies and strategic autonomy.
