Amendments highlight food-supply-chain vulnerability from the COVID-19 pandemic and Russia's war against Ukraine, call for more sustainable, resilient and self-sufficient agricultural production, reduced dependence on imported fuel, fertiliser and feed, and address farmers' bargaining power, the common agricultural policy strategic plans, food security and emissions across the agri-food system.
