Summary

A discharge decision on the 2021 general budget for the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS). The amendments note the Court of Auditors found no remarks, call for separate annual financial reporting, review the EDPS's performance indicators and its supervisory role over bodies such as Europol, Frontex, eu-LISA and Eurojust, its Schrems II strategy on data transfers, its COVID-19 task force, and an expected increasing workload from digitalisation.
