Summary

This dossier is the 2021 discharge for the European Environment Agency. The amendments address the Agency's tasks under the European Green Deal and 8th Environment Action Programme, budget implementation and a budgetary surplus, staffing levels and the balance between operational and support posts, monitoring and reports on biodiversity, water, chemicals and climate, a contract amendment flagged by the Court of Auditors, digitalisation, and cooperation with other EU bodies.
