Summary

This dossier is the 2021 discharge for the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction. The amendments address the legality of the Centre's accounts per the Court of Auditors, the use of external staff and interim workers contrary to Directive 2008/104/EC and Portuguese labour law, the proposal to transform the Centre into an EU Drugs Agency, and cooperation with Justice and Home Affairs agencies and the EU Innovation Hub.
