Summary

This is the 2021 discharge for the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust). The amendments address the Court of Auditors' declaration on the annual accounts, public procurement shortcomings including an irregular vehicle-leasing framework contract, Eurojust's support for national judicial authorities on transnational crime and terrorism, cooperation with the EPPO, OLAF, Europol, the EDPS and the Fundamental Rights Agency, and the EDPS data-protection audit.
