Summary

This is the 2021 discharge for the European High Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC). The amendments address the Court of Auditors' findings on the accounts, internal control weaknesses, budget management risks, co-financing of Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe grants, the new founding Regulation and Participating States' contributions, certifying in-kind contributions, understaffing and interim staff, pension contributions with DG BUDG, supercomputing projects, gender balance, and the anti-fraud strategy.
