The System of European Schools: State of play, Challenges and Perspectives
This own-initiative report examines the System of European Schools. The amendments revise recitals on the European Schools System and Accredited European Schools, the European Baccalaureate, multilingual education through language sections and a STEM focus, and links to the European Education Area and Erasmus+. They address students without a language section, governance and the Commission's role, shortcomings in teacher recruitment and precarious working conditions, psychological support and the role of parents.
