Summary

This dossier is the report on the European Semester for economic policy coordination 2023. The amendments revise recitals on the labour market and unemployment rate, inflation forecasts, debt-to-GDP ratios and government deficits, the excessive deficit procedure, fiscal rules and consolidation, reform of economic governance, public investment, and the EU's exposure to risks linked to Ukraine and gas imports from Russia.
