Summary

This dossier concerns driving licences. The amendments address exchange, replacement and renewal of physical and mobile driving licences, an interim driving licence, recognition of third-country licences and certificates of professional competence, protection of personal data, micro-mobility vehicles such as e-scooters and electric bikes, minimum ages, a points-based licence system and the accompanied driving scheme.
