2023/0081(COD)·9th term·ECON / EMPL / ENVI / IMCO / INTA / ITRE / REGI / TRAN·COD - Ordinary legislative procedure (ex-codecision procedure)·Completed
Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): EHLER Christian (EPP)
Summary

This dossier concerns a framework of measures to strengthen Europe's net-zero technology products manufacturing ecosystem (the Net Zero Industry Act). Amendments rework how sustainability and resilience criteria are weighted in public procurement of net-zero technologies, addressing diversification of supply sources away from single sources, social criteria such as working conditions and apprenticeships, State aid, and net-zero industry academies for upskilling workers.

Plenary votes

14 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
