Summary

This dossier concerns common rules promoting the repair of goods. Amendments add support measures for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, financial incentives such as repair vouchers and national repair funds, rules on penalties and fines, and amendments to Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the seller's and producer's liability, conformity, durability and reparability, and a possible reparability score covering a range of products.
