Legislative proposal amending certain directives concerning food and food ingredients, outdoor noise, patients' rights and radio equipment as regards certain reporting requirements. The amendments aim to streamline reporting requirements so they are proportionate, covering Member States' reporting on ionising irradiation facilities and outdoor equipment noise, and adjusting the frequency of Commission reports to the European Parliament and Council under the directives concerned.
