Summary

Legislative dossier on passenger rights in the context of multimodal journeys. The amendments revise provisions requiring carriers, intermediaries and ticket vendors to inform passengers about the type of tickets and corresponding rights, prohibiting discrimination based on nationality or place of establishment, addressing small and medium-sized enterprises, access to real-time travel information, and reimbursement or re-routing when passengers miss a connection, including for persons with reduced mobility.
