Transport: enforcement of passenger rights in the Union
This dossier is a proposal on the enforcement of passenger rights in the Union. The amendments clarify reimbursement where tickets are booked through an intermediary, including deadlines, free-of-charge processing and information duties, address booking and seat-assignment fees, provide for vouchers and contract termination, set Union-wide reimbursement and compensation request forms, give national enforcement bodies minimum investigation and enforcement powers, and improve provisions for persons with disabilities and reduced mobility.
