Summary

This own-initiative report concerns EU-US relations. Amendments cite NATO declarations and the 2022 Strategic Concept, the EU Strategic Compass, the Trade and Technology Council, critical raw materials and supply chains, and the European Deterrence Initiative, and frame transatlantic cooperation around shared values, Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine, an assertive China, the Trump and Biden administrations, EU strategic autonomy, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and quantum computing.
