Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): HOHLMEIER Monika (EPP)
Summary

The dossier is the 2022 discharge for the EU general budget concerning the European External Action Service (EEAS). The amendments address the EEAS and its Delegations amid Russian aggression against Ukraine, gender equality and the Gender Action Plan III in recruitment, the Crisis Response Centre and cybersecurity, and countering foreign interference and disinformation; some instead criticise the EEAS as encroaching on Member States' diplomatic sovereignty and oppose gender considerations.

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
