Summary

This is the 2022 discharge for the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) section of the EU general budget. The amendments note the absence of Court of Auditors remarks and call for inclusion of the EDPS accounts in its audit, the operating budget and execution rate, the Bluebell database, key performance indicators and staffing shortages, the European Data Protection Board secretariat, supervision of Europol, and a recommendation for transparency by design.
