Summary

This dossier is the 2022 discharge for the European Medicines Agency. The amendments address the EMA's role in assessing and supervising medicines for human and veterinary use, its fee funding from the pharmaceutical industry, ongoing obligations on its former London premises, transparency and independence, its extended mandate and DARWIN EU, marketing authorisations for new medicines, COVID-19 vaccines and safety reporting, publication of clinical data, and cooperation with other Union agencies.
