Summary

Report on the 2022 discharge for the European Training Foundation. The amendments address the Foundation's work helping partner, enlargement, neighbouring and Central Asian countries develop human capital and employment prospects, the concept of entrepreneurial centres of vocational excellence, the increase and execution of its budget, alignment with EU policies on vocational education and skills, weaknesses in public procurement procedures, and a plan to improve energy efficiency.
