Summary

A discharge decision concerning the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) for 2022. The amendments address the Court of Auditors' findings on the accounting system and Schengen associated countries' contributions, OLAF investigations and allegations of pushbacks and fundamental rights violations, fundamental rights monitors, budget increases and the response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, returns of third-country nationals, and management changes.
