Summary

A decision on the 2022 discharge for the Clean Hydrogen Joint Undertaking. The amendments grant discharge to the Joint Undertaking and address disclosure of members' cash and in-kind contributions at programme level, the Court's findings on insufficient information, the Joint Undertaking's role in research and innovation in hydrogen technologies, risk-based ex-ante and ex-post controls, and closure of previous years' observations.
