Summary

The dossier is the 2022 discharge for the European High Performance Computing Joint Undertaking (EuroHPC). The amendments grant discharge and address low implementation of operational and administrative budgets linked to lengthy supercomputer procurement, late adoption of the new founding Regulation, members' cash and in-kind contributions and targets, funding from Horizon Europe, Digital Europe and the Connecting Europe Facility, recruitment shortfalls, gender balance, and ex-ante and ex-post controls.

Plenary votes

1 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
