Summary

This resolution concerns strengthening social dialogue. The amendments invoke the Charter of Fundamental Rights and ILO Conventions, social partners' framework agreements, collective bargaining and agreements, trade unions, the right to organise and freedom of association, the European social model, the decline of collective bargaining coverage since the 2008 financial crisis, coverage for SMEs and the solo self-employed, and the pandemic and the Russian war against Ukraine.
