Summary

The dossier is a resolution on strengthening the Child Guarantee two years on from its adoption. Amendments add references and recitals on child poverty and social exclusion, access to early childhood education and care, healthcare, education, housing and nutrition, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and Russian aggression against Ukraine, children in alternative care, and ESF+ allocations to address child poverty.
