Summary
This resolution concerns multilateral negotiations in view of the 13th WTO Ministerial Conference in Abu Dhabi. Amendments address the multilateral trading system under pressure from geopolitical tensions and unilateral measures, the non-operational Appellate Body and dispute settlement, the Agreement on Fisheries Subsidies, the TRIPS waiver on COVID-19 vaccines, food security and public stockholding. They raise climate change, carbon leakage, reciprocity, China's practices, and special and differential treatment for developing countries.
