Proposal on a EuroHPC initiative for start-ups to boost European leadership in trustworthy artificial intelligence. Amendments revise recitals and definitions on AI-dedicated supercomputers and AI Factories under the EuroHPC Joint Undertaking for training large AI foundation models, support for startups, SMEs, research and talent, and add provisions on data infrastructure, energy consumption, environmental impact and reliance on AI chips designed outside the Union.
