EU/Serbia Agreement: operational activities carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in Serbia
Non-legislative procedure — consent or opinion on an act.
Through this consent procedure, in which Parliament gives or withholds its consent on a Council act, Parliament addresses the draft Council decision on the conclusion of the Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Serbia on operational activities carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in Serbia. On a recommendation of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs, Parliament gives its consent to the conclusion of the agreement. It instructs its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the governments and parliaments of the Member States and of the Republic of Serbia.
No committee amendments are tracked on AmendEU for this procedure; this page follows its roll-call votes in plenary instead.
