Establishing the Reform and Growth Facility for Moldova

2024/0258(COD)·10th term·AFET / BUDG / CONT / INTA·COD - Ordinary legislative procedure (ex-codecision procedure)·CompletedProcedure completed
Rapporteur (the Member appointed to lead Parliament's work on this text): MIKSER Sven (S&D)
Summary

This dossier establishes the Reform and Growth Facility for Moldova. The amendments tie support to the enlargement fundamentals (rule of law, fundamental rights, fight against corruption and oligarchic structures), socio-economic convergence and single-market integration, the green and digital transitions and climate neutrality, labour and social rights, the Reform Agenda with payment conditions, and reference Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine; one amendment instead calls to stop enlargement.

Plenary votes

1 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
