Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union, of the one part, and the Republic of Uzbekistan, of the other part
This is a non-legislative procedure on the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Uzbekistan. The amendments make Parliament's assessment conditional on respect for democracy, the rule of law and human rights, raising torture, transnational repression, the persecution of journalists, activists and human rights defenders, media freedom, NGO registration, gender equality and LGBTIQ+ rights. They also address Uzbekistan's position in Central Asia, GSP+ trade preferences and WTO accession, regional connectivity and transport corridors, foreign information manipulation, and a possible readmission agreement.

Plenary votes
9 roll-call votesIn plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
